A while ago we made a beautiful French mattress cushion for
one of our clients, using a luxurious grey suede. The end user was Goop, and we’re
loving the images of en place at the
new Goop Pop-up Shop at the Brentwood Country Mart.
The details on the cushion are what makes it so special – it
is lightly tufted with loose leather poms in the center of each tuft. The seams
are joined with a simple slip stitch, and the beautiful raised edge bumper
gives it just enough structure while remaining casual to eye and comfortable to
the seat.
If you are in the Los Angeles area, stop by the Goop Pop-up
at the Brentwood Country Mart, it’s a gorgeous store!
While you’re there, wander on over to Farmshop for a coffee and have a seat at
the bar – we made those barstools too!
